How We Work

Cross-cutting services

Across all three programme pillars, MDH delivers these technical services to strengthen institutions, generate evidence, and expand public engagement.

Capacity Building, Training & Institutional Development

MDH strengthens the skills, systems, and performance of individuals, communities, organisations, and public institutions through tailored training, coaching, mentorship, institutional assessments, Training of Trainers, and follow-up support.

Research, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning

MDH provides research and MEL services including assessments, surveys, baseline and endline studies, project monitoring, field verification, evaluations, data collection, analysis, and reporting. It also conducts media-sector research on capacity, inclusion, audience needs, sustainability, and digital transformation.

Media Development & Strategic Communication

MDH strengthens media organisations and practitioners through training, mentorship, ethical reporting, multimedia storytelling, and strategic communication. It also delivers campaigns, documentaries, media monitoring, and community outreach.
